it was quite and isolated good for avoiding the busy and noisy city, it was very relaxing.

they can still improve on the services the entrance gate was always closed, it should be accessible to the customers.

not a place to overnight!

the hotel location is convenient and right by the ocean. the hotel staff are friendly but short handed. the management is indifferent to the hotel guests.

a lot of the dogs poo was left in the backyard seemingly uncleaned for a long time. there was no aircon available in the common area until we pay the extra P500. the room was small with no window so it was difficult to stay in the room.

Tragicomedy not resort/hotel. Unrecommended!!

We arrived at 10pm. And everything was closed! Gate was shut and there was nobody on the reception. Taxi guy helped us and we were all shouting as long as we woke up somebody to open the gate for us. It was an old Philipino grandpa, who doesn't speak English. We showed him on our phones that we have a booking in this hotel. He opened some random room door and ask us to go in. We refused, because the standard of that room was much lower than we booked. So he opened another door. It looked like our room, so we went in. There were no towels, no toiletries. We ask him by google translate to give us some towels, so he did. Next day very loud music woke us up. So we went to the lobby...and still there was nobody there; it was around 9am. We catch some guy and ask if anyone is working here. So he went to look for the girl from reception. We couldn't pay by card, because the terminal doesn't work. They had some connection problems. For all our stay (7days) nobody cleaned our room even once. Several times we've been asking for fresh towels and to empty our bin. Water in the sink and shower was very weak so you cound't take a proper shower. At times there was no water at all. On second day the lady from reception proposed us some trips. We say we would like to take some, so could she just give us a leaflet. But of course she doesn't have one. So she promised to write everything for us on a piece of paper. What trip they have, what is included and how much does it cost. For all 7 days she gave us nothing at all. After asking her for the trip details like 3 times we gave up. So we took lots of nice trips like scuba diving, swiming with whale sharks from another company. Never seen so huge laziness in my life. Staff from the bar have been just sitting on their phones and sleeping all day. They have been polite, but around the object and in the rooms theren was a lot to do. They have just been sitting and doing nothing. That same that lady from reception.

Homely Stay and Comfortable.

The breakfast was good with the spanish sardines and toast breads dipped in the sunny side up. It could be made better by having some cut fruits. :) Homely stay and very peaceful and quiet.

You can do scuba diving from the backyard of the premises which was really convenient. The dive master and staff were very friendly and helpful, although they tend to forget the prices of things.

The breakfast was a bit greasy but that’s true for almost all cooked dishes in the Philippines.
